Appointment Information: When you or your client provide us certain information like name, email addresses, and phone numbers; email addresses of other people; the subject of the meeting; and any other information provided to us or as required by the ProducerMAX calendar feature and should meet our Terms of Use. If you receive an invitation from a ProducerMAX User but do not wish to become a User, please contact the ProducerMAX User who sent the invitation through other means to set up your meeting.
Calendar Information: Our calendar feature only checks the free/busy status to schedule a meeting in your calendar to avoid double booking. We store the meeting details as part of the CRM feature.
Billing Information: If you have a paid subscription to ProducerMAX, our third-party payment processors will collect and store your billing address and credit card information. We store the last four digits of your credit card number, card type, and the expiration date.

Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this information

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that are related to the CHUM IT Products or Services. We never communicate with your clients.
